Plans are sized by project volume, so you move up when the bid desk gets busier and back down when it quietens. Changing plan carries no penalty and does not mean renegotiating a contract.
Every plan includes unlimited users, so adding coordinators to the bid desk never changes what you pay.
What if we need a custom plan?
Custom pricing suits larger distributor groups running several locations or higher project volumes. It is the same platform, priced for the volume you actually quote.
Tell us how many branches you run and roughly how much you quote, and we will put a proposal together around that rather than a fixed package.
How does your pricing work?
Pricing scales with your quoting volume, not your headcount. Plans start at $399 a month for a single location with up to 10 projects, and every plan includes unlimited users. Our pricing is published openly, there is a free trial to start, and there is no pilot pricing to negotiate.
Do you charge per user?
No. Every plan includes unlimited users. You are charged by the number of projects you run, so the whole bid desk can work in the platform without the bill moving.
Does Monaro integrate with our ERP?
Yes. Finalised quotes and order data push straight into your ERP, so there is no double entry and pricing stays current. Supplier quotes come back into the platform where you compare them side by side instead of chasing email threads.
Monaro sits in front of the system you already run your business on. It does not replace your ERP, and it does not route your purchasing through a marketplace or take a cut of what you buy.
Can our whole team use one account?
Yes. Every plan includes unlimited users and each person gets their own login. Your files, takeoffs, pricing and quotes are isolated to your organisation, and access is controlled with role based permissions.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
Your data belongs to you. You can export your takeoffs and quote data before the account closes.
After termination we delete or de-identify your personal information and customer content within ninety days, except where the law requires us to retain it. Enterprise customers can negotiate different retention terms in their subscription agreement, including certificates of destruction.
Can Monaro match the way we already quote?
Yes. Your margins, your pricing rules and your branded quote format carry through automatically, and submittals are attached the way your customers expect.
Because it is built for distributors it counts terminal equipment only: diffusers, grilles, fans, fixtures, boilers and pumps, with no pipe, fittings or labour in the way.
How do we get support?
Every customer gets our support team by chat and email, with priority based on how badly the issue is blocking you. Enterprise customers also get a dedicated account manager. Monaro was built with HVAC and mechanical designers, contractors and distributors, so support understands what a bid desk actually does.
Do you help with onboarding?
Most coordinators run their first takeoff the same day they sign up. There are no drawing templates to configure, no training programme, and no IT setup.
Because the output is structured the way distributors already quote, terminal equipment only, your coordinators do not have to relearn their job. They just stop doing the slow part of it. If you get stuck, our team helps you directly.
What if a drawing set gives it trouble?
Send it to us. Unusual sheet layouts and older scanned sets are exactly what we want to see, because they are what improves the models. Where an item is ambiguous Monaro flags it for review rather than guessing, so you can still finish the quote.
Can you train our team?
There is not much to train. The platform follows the workflow a bid desk already runs, and our team walks you through your first few takeoffs directly. We hired our own estimators in house, so the people helping you have run a bid desk themselves.
