It works out what it is holding

Before anything is counted, every sheet is identified: mechanical plans, schedules, legends, details, and the typical unit plans that carry most of a multifamily set. Only sheets with equipment go forward, which is why a 400 page set is not a problem.

It reads the schedule on the firm's terms

One firm splits an equipment type across several tables. Another puts capacities in a footnote. Our models read the schedule the way that firm drafted it instead of expecting a fixed layout.

It finds symbols where they really sit

Detection runs on dense floor plates where mechanical competes with structural and electrical, and where tags overlap the very symbols they label. Scans and older exports are read too, not only clean vector sets.

Flagged, never guessed

No system reads drawings perfectly, and anyone claiming otherwise is selling something. Where an item is ambiguous Monaro flags it for a person rather than guessing, so your team reviews the exceptions instead of recounting the set.
