Your drawings, pricing, and supplier data are the core of your business. Here's how we protect them — and what we will never do with them.
Your drawings, project files, takeoffs, pricing, and quotes are processed solely to deliver the service to you. We never use customer content to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model. If that ever changes, it will require your explicit opt-in consent first.
All data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2 or higher and at rest with AES-256. Customer content is stored on infrastructure operated by Amazon Web Services in the United States.
Role-based access controls and the principle of least privilege govern every system. Administrative access requires multi-factor authentication, and employees are bound by confidentiality obligations and security training.
Project files, takeoffs, pricing, and quotes are isolated to your organization — with profit-centre level isolation on every plan. Your suppliers, your pricing, and your win rates are never visible to anyone else.
Logging, monitoring, and regular security reviews run continuously. We are actively pursuing SOC 2 Type II attestation.
When you leave, your data leaves too: personal information and customer content are deleted or de-identified within 90 days of account termination. Enterprise customers can negotiate custom retention terms, including certificates of destruction.
